Fenham Extension
Main Steel Beams
Subcontracted to install the main steel beams to support the corner of the property and to remove the supporting walls underneath.
Extension Roof Steel
Again subcontracted to install the steel beam to support the new roof on the rear extension to allow full length sliding doors.
Roofs Complete
Subcontracted to frame the monopitch roof to the rear and the hipped roof to the side extension and install soffits, fascias and guttering, ready for an additional subcontractor to fit the roof windows and tile the roof.
Extension Complete
Subcontracted to fit the remaining windows and back door to make the property air tight, whilst the sliding doors are fitted by an additional subcontractor.
